STEPS FOR SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT


New Patients:

1) Select 1 Hour New Patient Virtual Intake from the menu below.

2) Choose your preferred date and time and book your appointment.

3) Select 1 Hour New Patient Office Visit from the menu below.

4) Schedule your first office visit appointment for anytime AFTER the date of the New Patient Virtual Intake.

Follow-Up Visits for Established Patients:

1) Select 1 Hour Follow-Up Acupuncture Office Visit from the menu below.

2) Choose your preferred date and time and book your appointment.

3) Complete the online covid screening form by the evening before your office visit. (There will be a link to the form in your appointment reminder email).

Virtual Wellness Sessions:

1) Select either 1 Hour or 30 Minute Virtual Wellness Session from the menu below.

2) Choose your preferred date and time and book your appointment.

**Please note that I can only do virtual wellness sessions with patients located in Washington, DC or Virginia.**

1 hour acupuncture office visit: $130
1 hour virtual wellness sessions: $95
30 minute virtual wellness sessions: $50
1 hour new patient virtual intake appointments: $95

    For prospective patients who want to be added to my new patient waiting list or to learn more about acupuncture and/or virtual wellness sessions and how these approaches can help with their specific health concerns, I offer a free, 20-minute phone consultation.

    FOR NEW PATIENTS

  • 1 Hour New Patient Virtual Intake $95
    Please schedule a New Patient Virtual Intake first, then schedule your new patient office visit for any date AFTER your virtual intake appointment. This intake conversation is required for the purpose of discussing your health history, your current health issues, and what you would like to see change with treatment. It will be conducted virtually, via a HIPAA-compliant video conference. Please set aside 60 minutes for this appointment.

  • 1 Hour New Patient Office Visit $130
    Each New Patient Office Visit must be combined with a 1 hour New Patient Virtual Intake. The New Patient Virtual Intake must be completed before your first office visit. (See the menu option immediately above this one to schedule your New Patient Virtual Intake).


    FOR ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

  • 1 Hour Follow-Up Acupuncture Office Visit $130
    This appointment includes time for both a check-in about your progress and current goals and an acupuncture treatment.


    VIRTUAL WELLNESS SESSIONS

  • 1 Hour Virtual Wellness Session $95
    Virtual Wellness Sessions are held via secure, encrypted, and HIPPA compliant videocall. These sessions are aimed at empowering you by teaching you skills and practices that you can use on your own to improve your health and wellbeing. Each session is tailored to the individual needs of each patient and may include:
     
    • guided self-acupressure, self-massage, and self-reflexology techniques 
    • instruction in breathing and relaxation practices
    • instruction in qi gong practices
    • recommendations for therapeutic essential oils or herbs as appropriate
    • suggestions for how you can apply Chinese medicine principles to understanding and shifting your health issues
    • recommendations for lifestyle and dietary adjustments based on Chinese medicine principles
    • support around working through difficult emotions from a Five Element perspective
    • holding space for consciously and intentionally cultivating a sense of calm in these stressful times

  • 30 Minute Virtual Wellness Session / Telehealth Consultation $50
    For established patients only. Select this option for a short and targeted virtual wellness session or to follow up on / check in about herbal treatment.

    For established patients seeking a follow up: if my schedule is currently full at the time you would like an appointment, you may use this option to be added to my waiting list.
